Patient Information

The Patient Information Management Services comprises of a number of Clerical Components in different service areas throughout the hospital including Outpatient Department, Emergency Department, Clinical Coding, Theatre Bookings, Admissions, Typing, Wards and Medical Record Department. Staff are the front line reception in each of these departments and provide high quality customer service focus.

The Patient Information Management Service also co-ordinates all requests for patient information. Please call the Anant Hospital to request an application form for such requests.

The Patient Information Management Service provides other support services to hospital staff, such as training in the hospital patient management applications and other computer applications, business queries and medical record forms design.
